What does customization through direct digital printing into the fabric mean?
The print is applied digitally directly onto the t-shirt, with the ink bonding into and wrapping the fabric. This type of print does not feel rubbery to the touch, and the skin can breathe through it.

For colored t-shirts, a white ink base layer is applied beforehand to support the colored ink. For this reason, prints on darker fabrics may feel slightly more raised.

I need a product urgently for a gift. Can it be delivered on time?
Most of the time, yes. Please let us know your required delivery date in the order notes. If we’re unable to meet the deadline, we’ll contact you to inform you.

Are the products made in Romania?
No, none of the products are manufactured in Romania.
Our suppliers are based in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Hungary, but their factories are located in Asia.

What sets us apart is that we carefully select our suppliers. We aim for premium quality, and all products are thoroughly tested before being listed in our shop.
More importantly, all products hold independent international certifications related to environmental protection, textile quality, and fair working conditions.

When will my order arrive?
Most products are delivered within 3–4 working days within Romania. However, each product has its own delivery time displayed above the “Add to cart” button, so please check that as well.

If your cart contains products with different delivery times, the longest one will apply.
If you need your order sooner than the estimated time, call us at the phone number listed on the website to see if it’s possible.

I want a custom t-shirt, but I don’t have the design. Can you create it?
No, we do not offer custom design services.

I want a custom t-shirt and I already have the design. Is that possible?
These requests usually require a lot of time, so we only accept them for a minimum order of 10 pieces.

How durable is the print?
DTG printing is highly durable over time, but it also requires a bit of care.

To keep your t-shirts looking great for as long as possible:

Wash them inside out
Use a maximum temperature of 40°C
Do not iron directly on the print
Do not tumble dry (as temperatures often exceed 40°C and may damage the print)

I received an order confirmation email, but nothing since. What’s happening?
When you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email—that means we’ve received your order.

The next email will be sent after we verify product availability. While stock is usually updated, there may be rare cases where something was missed—so we check first, then confirm.

We avoid spamming you with emails, so the next update will be when your package is handed over to the courier.
Please also check the delivery times listed for each product.

I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?
Reply to the shipping confirmation email and we’ll check what happened. Either way, we’ll sort it out once you notify us.

I placed an order but want to modify it / combine it with another / add a product. What should I do?
Reply to your order confirmation email and we’ll take care of it.

I want to cancel an order. How can I do that?
If you have an account on our website, you can cancel the order directly from your account.
If not, reply to the order confirmation email and let us know you want to cancel.

In both cases, the order can only be canceled if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

I received my order but need a different size. What should I do?

I received a defective product / wrong size. What should I do?
Oops. We’re really sorry—someone probably skipped their coffee before packing.

In this unfortunate case, call us at the phone number listed on the website or send us an email so we can fix it.
Return and replacement shipping costs will be covered by us.

If a product is ‘OUT OF STOCK’, will it be restocked?
It depends on the product. Some may be restocked within days, others in a few months, and some may never return.

Click the “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK” button or send us an email and we’ll give you an estimated restock time.

I don’t know what size to choose. Help!
Each product page includes a size chart specific to that item.
