If you are not satisfied with your purchase—whether the selected size is not correct, the color is not suitable, or you have simply changed your mind—you have 20 days to return the product, starting from the date you receive the parcel.
An order can be returned in full or partially.
Complete the return form to notify us that you wish to return one or more products from your order.
Please make sure to correctly fill in your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Pack the product(s) securely. It would be great if you could use the original packaging, but if not, please ensure the items are properly packed and protected from moisture.

After the parcel is received and inspected, we will either:
refund the corresponding amount (within a maximum of 14 days), or
send the requested exchange (within a maximum of 7 business days).
The product must be in new condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage, other than those resulting from normal fitting. Items must be unwashed and free of animal hair.
Products eligible for return are those sent back in the same condition in which they were delivered and in perfect condition for resale.
If the returned product(s) do not meet these conditions, the return will be refused and the items will be sent back to the customer, with shipping costs paid by the recipient.
If the purchased product was accompanied by accessories or promotional gifts, these must also be returned, unused and in the same condition as received.
The original packaging (if available) must be protected inside an outer shipping parcel.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If you choose a refund, the amount will be reimbursed to the beneficiary stated on the invoice, to the bank account provided in the return form.
The refunded amount represents the value of the products at the time of purchase.
Special packaging fees or cash-on-delivery processing fees are non-refundable.

In this case, the shipping cost is 25 RON, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
If you opt for a size or product exchange, the shipping cost is:
14 RON for delivery to an Easybox
17 RON for home delivery
This amount is payable cash on delivery, upon receiving the exchanged product.
Exchanges are processed subject to product availability.
If the requested product is no longer in stock, the product value will be refunded.
If the return is due to a product defect, please contact us at contact@empath.ro within 5 days of receiving the parcel.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
The value of products purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit, issued on a new gift card that can be used for a future order.
According to Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract, without stating a reason, within 14 calendar days.
Empath extends this period to 20 days.
