If your choice does not fully satisfy you—whether the size is not correct, the color is not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind—you have 20 days to return the product (from the date you receive the parcel).
An order can be returned fully or partially.
1. Fill in this return form to notify us that you want to return one or more products from your order. Please make sure to correctly enter the order number and the email address used when placing the order.
2. Pack the product(s).
It would be great if you still have our original box, but if not, please ensure the items are well packed and protected from moisture.

The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Parcels sent cash on delivery will be refused and returned to the sender, and the return will not be processed.
After receiving and checking the returned items, we will either:
Refund the corresponding amount within a maximum of 14 days, or
Send the requested exchange within a maximum of 7 business days.
The product must be in new condition, with no obvious signs of wear or damage, except those resulting from normal fitting. Items must be unwashed and free of animal hair.
Products eligible for return are those that come back to us in the same condition in which they were sent and in perfect condition to be resold.
If the product(s) do not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected, and the items will be sent back to the customer with shipping costs charged upon delivery.
If a purchased product was accompanied by accessories or gifts (from promotional campaigns), these must also be returned in the same condition as received (unused).
If available, the original packaging must be protected inside an outer parcel.
Parcels sent cash on delivery will be returned to the sender and the return will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If you choose a refund, the amount will be transferred to the beneficiary listed on the invoice, to the bank account specified in the return form.
The refunded amount represents the value of the products at the time of purchase.
Special packaging fees or cash-on-delivery processing fees are not refundable.
If you would like to exchange the size, please mention the desired size in the comments field of the return form.
Only size exchanges of the same product are accepted. Exchanges for a different color, print, or product are not possible.
If you choose a size exchange, the shipping cost will be:
14 lei for delivery to an easybox, or
17 lei for home delivery.
This amount will be paid cash on delivery when receiving the exchanged product.
The exchange is made subject to stock availability. If the product is unavailable, the product value will be refunded.
If the return is due to a product defect, please contact us at contact@empath.ro within 5 days from receiving the parcel.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
The value of products purchased using a gift card will be refunded as store credit on a new gift card, which can be used for a future order.
According to Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
Empath extends this period to 20 days.
