If you are not satisfied with your purchase, whether the selected size is not the right one, the color is not what you expected, or you have simply changed your mind, you have 20 days to return it (from the date of receiving the parcel).
An order may be returned in full or in part.
How do I return a product?
Complete this return form to notify us that you wish to return one or more products from your order. It is important to correctly enter your order number and the email address used to place the order.
Pack the product(s). It would be great if you still have our original box, but if not, please make sure the item(s) are securely packed and protected from moisture.

Parcels sent to addresses other than our logistics warehouse cannot be received by us and will be returned to the sender.
The cost of the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. Return parcels sent with cash on delivery (COD) will be sent back to the consumer, and the return will not be processed.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will either refund the corresponding amount (within a maximum of 14 days) or send the requested exchange (within a maximum of 7 business days).
Conditions for Return Acceptance
The product must be in new condition, without obvious signs of wear or damage other than those resulting from normal fitting, unwashed, and free of pet hair. Products eligible for return are those returned to us in the same condition in which they were sent and in perfect condition for resale.
If the product(s) do not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected and the item(s) will be sent back to the customer with shipping costs payable upon delivery.
If a purchased product was accompanied by accessories or complimentary gifts (as part of promotional campaigns), these accessories or gifts must also be returned under the same conditions as when they were delivered (unused).
The original packaging (if available) must be protected within an outer shipping parcel.

Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to receive a refund for the returned product, the reimbursement will be made to the beneficiary indicated on the invoice, to the bank account specified in the return form.
The refunded amount will be equal to the purchase value of the returned products. Special packaging fees and cash-on-delivery processing fees are non-refundable.
I Would Like a Size Exchange
If you would like to exchange the size, please indicate the desired size in the comments section of the return form.
Only size exchanges of the same product are accepted. Exchanges for a different color, different print, or a different product are not possible.
Size Exchange Costs
If you choose a size exchange, the shipping cost for the replacement item is your responsibility. This amount will be paid cash on delivery upon receipt of the exchanged item and is equal to the shipping cost of a new order.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, the product value will be refunded.
Returning a Defective Product
If you are returning a product due to a defect, please contact us at contact@empath.ro within a maximum of 5 days from the date of receiving the parcel.
In this case, the return shipping cost will be converted into a shopping voucher.
Returning Products Purchased with a Gift Card
The value of product(s) purchased with a gift card will be refunded in the form of store credit issued on a new gift card, which can be used for a future order.
According to Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance (GEO) No. 34/2014, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without providing any reason within 14 calendar days. Empath extends this period to 20 days.
