Delivery
Most orders are shipped with Sameday.
We do not work with stock; each product is printed to order, for this reason this may take a few days.
Check the delivery time at the top of the page, under the product availability.

Returns and Exchanges
If a purchased product does not fully satisfy you or the size does not fit you, we offer you the possibility to return it within 14 calendar days (the count starts from the day you received the parcel) without any explanation, although it would help us to know the reason.
An order can be returned in full or partially.
Look for the return policy at the bottom of the page, fill in the return form and then we will take care of it :)
Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition, with intact tags and unused or unwashed.
Exchanges are available only for Romania.

Payment
Payment for the order can be made online by bank card, cash on delivery to the courier, or by bank transfer.
Online card payment and payment by bank transfer are free of charge.
For cash on delivery payment to the courier, an additional fee of 6 lei is charged.

Shipping
The shipping price depends on the value of the purchased products:

- FREE, if the cart value exceeds 400 lei

- If your purchase is under 400 lei, the shipping cost is fixed: 17 lei for home delivery and 14 lei for delivery to Sameday easybox.

For international deliveries (EU only), the shipping cost is 75 lei regardless of the value of the shopping cart.
