Shipping
Most orders are shipped with Sameday.
We do not keep stock; each product is printed on demand, which means this process may take a few days.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with a purchased product or the size doesn’t fit, you have the option to return it within 14 calendar days (starting from the day you received the package) with no explanation required—though we would appreciate knowing the reason.
An order can be returned fully or partially.

Find our return policy at the bottom of the page, fill out the return form, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition, with tags intact and unused or unwashed.
Exchanges are available only within Romania.


Payment
You can pay for your order online by credit/debit card, cash on delivery, bank transfer.

Shipping Cost
The delivery fee depends on the total value of your order:

- FREE shipping for orders over 400 lei.

- For orders under 400 lei, the shipping fee is 17 lei for home delivery and 14 lei for Easybox delivery.
