This beanie is made from recycled polyester and features an ultra-soft cut, designed for comfort and a pleasant feel when worn. Due to the soft structure of the fabric, it cannot undergo anti-pilling treatment and is therefore more prone to pilling — a conscious trade-off made to achieve this type of texture.

Pilling may be accelerated by friction with short hair, jackets, backpacks, placing it in a pocket, or wearing it on the sleeve. This is purely an aesthetic aspect, can be easily removed with a lint remover, and is not related to the quality of the material.

We do not keep stock; each product is printed to order, which is why this may take a few days.

Returns and Exchanges

If a purchased product does not fully satisfy you or the size does not fit, you can return it within 20 calendar days (the countdown starts from the day you receive the parcel) without any explanation, although we would appreciate knowing the reason.
An order can be returned in full or in partially.

Returned or exchanged products must be in perfect condition, with tags intact, and unused or unwashed.

Payment

You can pay for your order online by bank card, cash on delivery to the courier, or by bank transfer.
Online card payment and bank transfer are free of charge.
For cash on delivery, an additional fee of 6 RON is charged.

Shipping

Shipping costs depend on the total value of the products purchased:

- FREE, if the cart value exceeds 400 RON

- If your purchase is under 400 RON, shipping is a fixed cost: 17 RON for home delivery and 14 RON for delivery to Sameday easybox.

For international deliveries (EU only), the shipping cost is 75 RON, regardless of the cart value.

Dau nota 2 doar pentru că modelul este reușit. In rest..materialul s-a scămoșat puternic după 2 purtări. Am raportat problema, surprinzător mi s-a răspuns că se vor returna banii in câteva zile. Deznodământul este : banii nu au fost returnați și nimeni nu îmi mai răspunde la mail. Nu recomand.

Venim și noi cu o completare așa cum v-am comunicat și pe mail.
Ne-ați raportat problema în perioada de Crăciun când toată echipa era în vacanță. V-am răspuns la mail din timpul nostru liber arătându-ne disponibilitatea să vă returnăm suma fără alte cercetări deși din pest 500 de bucăți vândute pe acest produs este singura reclamație. V-am spus în același mail că transferul va fi realizat
începând cu data de 9 ianuarie, după ce se întoarce echipa la lucru.
Banii au fost transferați pe data de 10 ianuarie, iar pe 11 ianuarie (sâmbăta, când nu avem program de lucru) ne-ați dat mail să ne întrbați de transfer iar apoi ne-ați scris review că nu vi se răspunde la mail. Da, în weekend nu se răspunde la mail, puteați verifica programul pe site :)
